I am a psychotherapist and doctoral candidate with a background in law and psychology. Originally from Prague, I moved to London in 2013 to study law but soon realized my true calling was in psychology. Volunteering in the field of eating disorders deepened my passion for meaningful work, leading me to complete a master's and a doctorate (awaiting qualification) in psychology. Now, I help clients navigate challenges and build fulfilling, authentic lives.

The way we connect, communicate, and seek support is constantly evolving. In an increasingly digital world, therapy has adapted to meet the needs of modern life. My experience during my doctoral training, much of which took place online during the COVID-19 pandemic, deepened my understanding of how technology can enhance therapy rather than diminish it.
My doctoral research explored online therapy from clients’ perspectives, uncovering its unique potential. Rather than viewing it as impersonal or less effective, I focus on how it can create safe, reflective spaces for exploration and dialogue. When used intentionally, technology can empower individuals, offering accessibility and flexibility without compromising depth or connection.
In today’s digital age, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by technology. However, I believe we should not see it as something that controls us, but rather as a tool that can be harnessed for growth. Therapy delivered online can be just as meaningful as in-person sessions, offering new possibilities for those seeking support.
Recognizing the need for accessible and flexible therapeutic options, I have chosen to work primarily online with clients. This approach ensures that therapy is not only convenient but also deeply personal, adapting to the complexities of modern life while maintaining the highest level of care and professionalism.
